Materials

The exterior of the building is made of local natural stone, as well as Corten steel. The facade insulation consists of rock wool and is painted with colored lime plaster.

Natural stone slabs will be laid at the swimming pool and sunbathing area, the external staircase to the residence, and the common areas.
The three panoramic elevators have a glass front facing the lake.
All apartments are equipped with adjustable aluminum sunshade slats.
